Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the online terms and conditions of Style Forum Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates (individually and collectively referred to as "Christopher Guy", "CG", "we" or "us") of which this privacy policy ("Policy") is a part. This Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by CG. This Policy applies to the information that we collect when you use our websites, mobile applications and other online products and services (collectively referred to as the "Services") or when you otherwise interact with us as described below.

CG takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Account Information

Please note that certain information about you may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from CG at any time by contacting customercare@christopherguy.com. We will take commercially reasonable steps to implement your opt-out request promptly, but you may still receive communications from us for up to 14 business days as we process your request. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as emails about your account and our ongoing business relations.
